Meet Olivia

I'm Olivia, Yoga Teacher and Founder of The Dietitian Lab.

As a passionate dietitian, I offer a scientific and holistic approach to enhance my clients health. At The Dietitian Lab, we are specialised in aiding individuals with diseases and conditions, as well as assisting those seeking to educate and elevate their overall health and well-being. We are fully committed to empowering clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes for long-term health benefits.

As a fully-trained fertility yoga teacher, my focus predominately surrounds women's health, working 1-1 with clients suffering from hormonal imbalances, peri-menopause, menopause, post-menopause, weight gain, fertility, thyroid and metabolic health, autoimmunity, energy and performance, gut health, and more.
